Financial and Treatment Coordinator:
Melanie has worked in the health care industry for over 30 years, with the last 20 years in the dental field. Melanie enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships and helping people achieve a healthy, confident smile. Melanie is blessed with a wonderful family, a husband of 39 years, 2 sons and 4 grandchildren. Melanie’s favorite hobbies are spending time with her family and boxer, Hootch and spending time outdoors and active in exercise class. Melanie is grateful to join the team and help our patients achieve their oral health goals.

Brittany, RDA joins our team with over 10 Years of dental experience working as a Dental Assistant. She is diligent with patient care and ensures all are comfortable and have an A-1 experience. She really loves the dental field and the fact that we can change lives through teeth. She loves the outdoors and going to the lake and beaches. Brittany has a magnetic personality and just loves people.

Audrey, RDA is a Dallas native & joins our team with 4 years of dental experience. While working as a dental assistant, she graduated from TWU with her B.S in Biology to further pursue a career in dentistry. Out of all the healthcare professions to choose from, Audrey personally loves dentistry because of how the combination of orthodontics & periodontal surgery significantly improved her smile. She’s passionate about helping patients with their oral health, while making sure their time with Dr. Bender is nothing short of pleasant. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, online shopping & spending time her dog, Beanz!
Hygienists:
Amanda McNiel, RDH will work closely with Dr. Bender in maintaining your periodontal health. She will clean your teeth and help you with oral hygiene techniques to maximize your oral health. Amanda is a native Texan and graduated from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and later completed a Master of Science with an emphasis in dental hygiene education. She has worked in a variety of settings starting in public health providing care for underserved individuals, cosmetic and general dental practices, and also in the hospital setting providing dental services for oncology patients and transplant recipients. Outside of the clinical setting, Amanda is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Texas A&M School of Dentistry. Amanda is also a certified yoga instructor working part time at a yoga studio within the metroplex. In her free time she enjoys yoga, pilates, CrossFit, spending time with family, friends, traveling, volunteering, and entertaining her rescue pup, Leon.
